Happy St. Patrick's Day, Stray Dogs! We're feelin' lucky today and it's not because we've found a four leaf clover but because we are always surrounded by beautiful, leafy lighting.
And green... don't get us started on green. It's the color of growth, renewal, and most of all spring. Around here in Tennessee, everything is starting to burst with color again and we couldn't be more excited and inspired.
Since the very beginning, Stray Dog has embraced green by adding three distinct hues to our collection. Let's look at them below:
Chartreuse
Chartreuse! Is it yellow? Is it green? We like to say "both!" Chartreuse has got to be one of our favorite hues of green because it's so versatile. Did you know that this color was named after a French Liqueur that has a similar color?
We use Ben Moore 2024 and you can find it on many of our products in the line. Let's look at some examples:

Douglas Fir
Douglas Fir, another Ben Moore color, is obviously inspired by the big evergreen trees that commonly grow in the Northwest. This ones a truer shade of green that is a little under-loved if you ask us. This one looks especially wonderful on our leaf and plant themed lighting. We introduce to you the majesty of DF:

Forest Moss
Forest Moss is for our moodier green lovers. It's a darker, olive shade that is also perfectly placed on our leafy fixtures. Check it out in action:
